Kuro Data AI was founded by an engineer who spent two decades inside the systems that give the world’s largest organisations their edge — and then set out to hand that same edge to the businesses that could never afford it.
I spent more than 20 years building enterprise Data & AI systems at MasterCard, BAE Systems, Lexis Nexis Risk and EE Mobile. Now I’m rebuilding the same power for people who were never meant to use those tools.

Why Kuro Data AI exists
Twenty years inside the machine
For more than two decades my job was to help very large organisations decide faster than their competitors. Payments. Financial crime. Risk intelligence. Telecoms. Four different industries, always the same brief: take an overwhelming amount of messy data and turn it into a decision someone can act on before the moment passes.
I built the pipelines, the models and the platforms behind that work. I also learned exactly what that capability costs — the teams, the budgets, the years.
The businesses on the other side of the glass
The whole time, I knew the businesses standing on the other side of that glass. Family. Friends. The shop, the clinic, the studio, the contractor. They ran on the same fundamentals I was modelling for the Fortune 500 — stock, cashflow, customers, margin — and they made those calls every single week without a single one of the tools I had.
Not because the technology could not help them. Because everything sold to them assumed a data team sitting behind it. They were handed dashboards and quietly asked to become analysts. What they actually needed was an answer.
So I rebuilt it from the other end
Kuro AI is not enterprise software scaled down and stripped back. It is the same analytical capability rebuilt from the ground up for someone with no IT department, no analyst and no spare hour — a team of specialist AI agents that reads your data, does the work, and answers in plain language.
